As the farm’s 45 hectares are mostly covered by woodland and olive groves, its activities are predominantly forestry and olive oil production. The olives are hand-picked, stripped of their leaves, then pressed in stone mills.

Particular attention in reserved for the large vegetable garden, cultivated using organic methods, which produces vegetables for the kitchen as well as aromatic and medicinal herbs. Excellent jam is made from the farm’s fresh fruit – that of the wild strawberry-tree, blackberries and strawberries.
